• Goals of a bug filer

  • Sort of like a developer, but not quite
  • Bug filer (let's call her 'telsa') wants the bug fixed, just like the developer
  • For generic bug, developer wants it fixed eventually, reporter (usually) wants it fixed now. This is a big jump :)

• So... if you are a bug filer, how do you ensure that your bugs get on the top of the heap?
