        Notes: Causes ripples to appear in desktop as if it is covered by
               a pool of water that is being rained on.  Source code included.

               Demonstrated a bug since PR2 that is still there, and also 
               appears to demonstrate a compiler bug in R3 PowerPC compiler.
               I've submitted a bug report.
