Found at "Resounding Softwares" web site:
Roger Wilco installers are not currently being offered for download due to the discovery of a buffer overflow which could allow an unscrupulous cracker to compromise your system after joining your RW channel.
No one has been impacted by this defect to my knowledge, but I did not want to invite risk by keeping the installers here for public download.
