This is a collection of DDL (Device Driver Load), DDU (Device Driver
Unload), LDD (List Device Drivers).  As far as I know, this is the
original archive from P. Frost 1991.

The ddl.doc file does not contain any useful information about the
software license, nor do I see anything in the .com files that tell me
if this is shareware/commercial/freeware/other...  For the time being,
I am assuming this is free software, and can be redistributed.  If
this is incorrect, the author should contact me.
