Duplicates Remover for Outlook is powerful and flexible tool intended for the search and processing of duplicates in Microsoft Outlook folders. The program processes contacts, notes, tasks, journals and calendar items in Microsoft Outlook folders. You can use Duplicate Remover for Outlook to find duplicates both in one folder and in different folders. Any duplicate found can be: marked with a flag, deleted, copied or moved to any folder of your choice. The priority system add-in is used for you to search for duplicates across several folders. Using the priority system, you can specify, for example, that of the two identical items stored in the folders "Important Letters" and "Temporary Folder", the temporary folder version should be considered the duplicate and so needs to be deleted (marked, moved).

Notes for Microsoft Windows 95/98 users. If you have installed Windows Installer version 1.x, the following error message will appear during installation:

    error 1155: file \\INSTMSIA.EXE not found

To avoid it, you should download and install Windows Installer version 2.0 or later. It can be downloaded from Microsoft web-site:

• version for Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000

• for Windows 95, 98, and Me

You can always uninstall Duplicates Remover for Outlook using Add/Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel.
